Increasing Continuous Engagement With Open Government Data

A number of countries are today implementing open government data (OGD) initiatives. Yet many these initiatives failing to attract the levels continuous use they need deliver an acceptable return on investment. This raises obvious question why this should be case. To answer question, it is important understand factors that most strongly influence user behaviour in OGD adoption.
